What Qualifies as "European SaaS"?
To be listed in our directory, a company must meet at least one of the following criteria:
EU/EEA Headquarters
The company's legal headquarters is located in a European Union or European Economic Area member state.
European Founding Team
The company was founded by European entrepreneurs and maintains significant European operations.
EU Data Residency
Customer data is stored and processed exclusively within EU/EEA data centers, with full GDPR compliance.
Note: Companies with global headquarters but significant European presence (e.g., EU HQ for international operations, EU-only data processing) may be included with clear labeling.
Verified HQ
We verify headquarters location through official registrations
GDPR Status
We document GDPR compliance and data residency options
Regular Audits
We periodically review and update company information
How We Rank Products
Our rankings are based on a weighted scoring system that evaluates products across multiple criteria. Each ranking category may have different weights based on what matters most for that use case.

Editorial Independence
No Pay-for-Placement
Companies cannot pay to improve their ranking position. Our rankings are based solely on merit.
Transparent Affiliate Disclosure
When we have affiliate relationships, we clearly disclose them. Affiliate status never influences rankings.
Regular Updates
Rankings are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect product changes, new features, and market evolution.
Community Input
We incorporate feedback from users and the community to ensure our rankings reflect real-world experiences.
